It has been solved already. Her name is "Ellen", the Zodiac wanted to go to "paradice", and "feline befuddlement" is CatConfusion.
The clue leads to the URL ellentheladyofthelakeinparadice.neocities.org.

Originally, the "feline befuddlement" line said "inevitbbly", referring to /u/inevitablly on Reddit, but was quickly updated when I said in the server that I wasn't inevitablly.
The next site, ellentheladyofthelakeinparadice, contains another set of clues. It was updated multiple times while we (the Discord server) were solving the clues, with screenshots to prove it.

This was also updated several times while we were solving the clues in the server, almost instantly. At first we thought it would be something Zodiac-related, considering how many times she's mentioned that, but she denied it.
It was also speculated that she was referring to the suicide of Ellen Culver, a Shaker woman, in 1869. She died in Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Ellen Culver seemed to fit most of the requirements.
However, the URL mountlebanon.neocities.org was a dead end.
It did have this message from "Jackie":

Sorry it's taken me so long to update, but things have gotten a little...complicated.
The fukuashlee.neocities.org site was updated several times - I have screenshots, but know that the form it's in currently is possibly the most boring form to date.
The website mentioned - yetiisinvading.afraid.org - is not currently a valid URL, despite it being more than a week since she posted that. Tara (or "Jackie") has stated in the Discord that she will not put it up until we've figured out Jaren's clue.
Which brings me to all of the drama.
